Elevated and private, this luxurious architecturally designed home in Hobart's North has all that you need to enjoy a memorable stay in Tasmania. Perched atop a hill overlooking the Derwent River, the house features a large deck & outdoor wood fire pit, as well as a private bath deck. Please note; 29 Ebden's bedrooms are double (queen) share. E.g., if you would like four bedrooms prepared for your stay please book for eight guests.

Ideally located on the point, Tupelo gives you a stunning, ever-changing perspective of the SE coast. A house for all seasons, watch the storms roll across the bay and bask in the sunny rays as it rises and sets over the water, uninterrupted by this unique position on the point. Our place between Hobart and Port Arthur is aprox 45 mins from Hobart CBD and 35 mins from the airport. You will need your own transport as there are no taxis, Uber or Bus services to Primrose. Stunning views over Frederick Henry Bay to Mount Wellington and across Norfolk Bay towards Port Arthur. Enjoy the cosy wood heater in the spacious open plan living area. Keep an eye on the sky as Tasmania never ceases to amaze with its spectacular sunsets.
