Apartmant Mareta II is part of the original house that is over 200 years old, which is a cultural monument existing in the Austro Hungarian maps from the XIX century. The house is mediterranean style building made of stone.The apartment is situated only 5 m away from the sea in the heart of the idyllic old place named Ljuta, that is just 7 km away from Kotor. Apartmant has a handmade double bed, sofa, Wi-Fi, android TV, cable TV, air conditioner , unique rustic kitchen, microwave and fridge.

Maritimo View Apartment, Balcony & Parking

Apartment with a balcony and a great view! Free parking in front of the house is always available. It is located in a quiet residential area 400m from the sea and 10- 15 minutes' walk from the Kotor old town. A big supermarket is a 3-minute walk from the house, and a hiking trail to Vrmac Mountain is a 5-minute walk. The House location is easy to find if you come with your own car. If you arrive by bus, you can reach us in 15 minutes' walk. There is a local bus stop in front of the house.

Very luxurious loft with beautiful balcony overlooking the bay. Old town is 900 meters away, on the way to it there is a promenade along the sea with several restaurants and bars. In the immediate vicinity there are supermarkets, bakery, pharmacy, laundry, bus stop, children's playground. The Kotor sandy beach is 400m away and the bus station is 1.5km away. Tourist city tax are not included in price and will be charge when guests arrive, it’s cost 1€ per person per day!

The Old town of Kotor is less than 10min driving distance while Tivat airport is less than 20min away. The house has three levels and each level has undisturbed sea views.

Apartment Sole is situated 5 minutes walk from the Old Town and from the beaches in completely new building,which has an underground garage and parking in front of it.The building also has an elevator.The apartment is equipped whit a completely new and luxurious furniture.The view from the balcony is amazing.On the left side you can see the interior of the bay and all Old Town and all fortress San Giovanni, on the right you have a view of the open sea.
