This small house is peacefully and centrally located near Stockholm C. The cottage is newly built with kitchen(dishwasher), living room, bedroom, bathroom(washing machine). It takes a few min. to walk to the subway Mörby C. and it takes 15 min. by subway to Stockholm C, 10 min to University. The cottage is very child-friendly with a playground and no car traffic. In the loft there are 2 beds (90x200, new, comfortable). If you are more than 2 adults, someone must sleep in the loft. Inconvenient?

Experience island life in central Stockholm! If you want to get away from the big city but still be in the middle of central Stockholm, our house is the right gem to rent. With only 15 minutes drive or municipal boat traffic, you come out here to the tranquility where you can enjoy water, wind and wonderful scents from nature. The house is located on its own island without a municipal connection, but it is easy to get help across the water, as long as you announce your planned trips in advance.

The large room has two single beds 80cm wide, (can be put next to each other), tv, sitting area with sofa, dining area, a full kitchen, a beautiful bathroom and a laundry area with washing machine, drier and a cupboard. Free parking is included.

Enjoy 50 m2 houseboat with it’s own sauna and panoramic views of the water. Swim directly from the bedroom. You will have a memorable experience because of the views, the beautiful location, the garden, and the jetty with it’s sundeck. Our boat is suitable for couples who like to surprise or celebrate their partner, adventurers who want to get close to the nature and to still be near Stockholm. A canoe is avalible in summertime. We also offer an add-on spa & wood-heated sauna in eveningtime.

I stugan på 15 kvm finns toalett, handfat, kylskåp, micro, porslin, kaffepress och vattenkokare för enklare matlagning. På altanen finns en gasolgrill. Underbar utsikt över vattnet. Sol hela dagen och magiska solnedgångar. Passar till två personer, och uppskattar du bastu och bad så blir det här perfekt. Ligger på ön Tranholmen dit du tar dig via färja 80 från Ropsten, 1/11-15/4 via gångbro från Stocksund.

Comfortable 1 room apartment, 15 minutes from central Stockholm, Stockholm Uni, Karolinska and Danderyds hospital. Right next to recreational forrest trails, golf course, bike tracks and beautiful lake Edsviken. Perfect for commuters, single travellers and couples looking for a central location in a beautiful setting with excellent communications. The apartment is a separate room with privat entrance, located in my flat, with free parking & wifi, close to shopping and Metro at Mörby C.

The house has three floors, 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a large kitchen, and a spacious living room. Close to lakes, the sea, golf courses, and Djursholm Square with its restaurants and grocery store. It is also near Mörby Centrum, where you will find the metro, supermarkets, the state liquor store, and other amenities.

Boendet ligger i ett lugnt och fridfullt villakvarter. Bäddade sängar och handdukar finns för er. Välkomna!
