The lower level of the house adds an additional two bedrooms, another living area, full bathroom, kitchen with full fridge and stove and second laundry room. We have two paddle boards and an inflatable kayak that you can walk across the street to use in lake Dillon. A waiver must be signed. You and your family will love this property!
