Onze studio ligt in het centrum van Diemen een winkelcentrum met supermarkten en restaurants is om de hoek. Met 15 min sta je in het centrum van Amsterdam. 5 min lopen naar de tramhalte en 10 min naar het trein station. Onze luxe studio is van alle gemakken voorzien. Een heerlijk Auping kingsize bed, airconditioning, wifi, tv met Netflix, verwarming en badkamer met stortdouche en wc douche. Een eigen tuintje en privé parkeerplek voor de deur! Je kunt ook een fiets huren voor 15,- euro per dag.

This in 2023 build, luxury design appartment, is located on the ground floor of our mansion in a beautiful, quit street in Amsterdam IJburg. The whole appartment is separate from the house, so our guests will have full privacy. The accommodation has a private entrance with a free private parking under the carport and access to a cozy, green private outdoor terrace (also just acces for the guests). A comfortable kingsize bed and bathroom with separate toilet. Free WiFi, mini-bar, coffee and tea.

Je huurt het hele appartement op de derde verdieping (lift aanwezig), ideaal voor koppels. De sfeervolle woonkamer heeft een eettafel (5 pers) en open keuken/bar. De keuken is van alle gemakken voorzien. Het balkon aan de woonkamer bevindt zich op het zuid/oosten. Je kunt hier bijna de hele dag van de zon genieten. De slaapkamer, met groot tweepersoonsbed (180x200), en werkkamer zijn aan de achterzijde gelegen. Er is een ruime badkamer met een inloopdouche en een separaat toilet met wastafel.

Hii! Welkom :)) Vanuit deze centraal gelegen ruimte ligt alles binnen handbereik. 10minuten met de trein op Amsterdam Centraal. Een heel rustige omgeving, met alle faciliteiten die je nodig hebt. Goede nachtrust gegarandeerd :) Parkeren en openbaar vervoer voor de deur. Het huis is op 1 minuut van trein en bus. Fietsen kan ook en huur scooters naar de stad is +- 15 minuten. Winkelcentrum met bakker, slager, groenteboer, koffie, supermarkten, kledingwinkels etc op 2 minuten lopen van huis.
