Relax Appartment on farmland

The accommodation is located on a quiet, secluded organic farm in the Salzburg region. It's ideal for rest and relaxation, but also for cycling or running in the heart of nature. Several beautiful, warm swimming lakes are located between 2 and 7 km away. The IBM Moor is approximately 5 km away. The loft has a bathroom, a kitchen with an induction hob, electric stove, and refrigerator. The sauna can be rented exclusively for a fee. We do not offer a transfer service.

A large balcony invites you to enjoy the sunset. The garden invites you to play or relax and is protected from the eyes of the barn by a large hedge.

Das Rottaler Bäderdreieck ist in unmittelbarer Umgebung, Burghausen, Passau, Salzburg und München unter einer Stunde erreichbar.

Meine Unterkunft ist in der Seelentium Region (Ibmer Moor und See). Salzburg (37 km), Burghausen (19 km) und Braunau (25 km) sind in der Nähe erreichbar. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Alleinreisende.

Die gemütliche neu renovierte Wohnung liegt im zweiten Stock eines Zweifamilienhauses. Vom Balkon aus bietet sich aufgrund der Ortsrandlage ein freier Blick ins Grüne sowie in die gepflegte mediterrane Gartenanlage. Kastl ist eine typische oberbayerische Ortschaft zwischen Altötting und Burghausen. Es verfügt über einen eigenen Bahnhof und hat Anschluss an das öffentliche Nahverkehrsnetz.

With only a 2 minute walk into the village center you are close to everything St. Wolfgang has to offer and the hiking trails start right outside the door. There is plenty of public parking about 100m from the house. The price is around 8-10€/24h
