As 2 would be sleeping in the front room. In here is a 2 seater Sofa Bed and 2 Accent Chairs and 2 Bar Stools. Beanbags upstairs. There is also only 1 bathroom. We are only two miles from Mount Edgcumbe and a mile from the twin villages of Kingsand and Cawsand. We are three minutes walk from the coast path.
