The wide pond-side porch is scenic & great for both morning & evening use. The property is one mile from the Tarleton State University Rodeo Facility and close to Melody Mountain Ranch. The two first floor bedrooms each have a king sized bed. There is a queen bed in the bedroom upstairs and a trundle bed in the loft. The ground floor is all handicapped-accessible.

This one time mobile home has been renovated and has an ad on in which both garage doors open to a large fresh air porch. Everything you’ll need to enjoy some time on Palo Pinto Lake is provided. Two full bathrooms accompany the house, and you will have access to the dock, fire pit, and grill.

Alameda Cabin is a hunting cabin that sets down a 1 mile gravel ranch road where the historical community of Alameda once thrived in Texas's early years. Peaceful and quiet with views of the pastures, cattle grazing, dark skies and the only traffic coming by are ranch hands tending to the land and cattle. A 30 minute drive on country highways takes you to the new Palo Pinto Mountains State Park.

Waterfront Cabin on Proctor Lake

Beautiful waterfront cabin on Proctor Lake. House offers 1 bedroom, with a unique queen over 2 twin XL bunk bed. The sofa folds out into a queen, also. House has been updated with modern features, and has an exceptional view. The water is just a short walk, down the hill. There is a chain link fence, to provide a safe environment for children.
