The historic Mill Pond Inn was built in 1879 by the Mann Brothers, who ran a grain and sawmill. When David and Joan purchased the property in 2017, it had been abandoned for twenty-two years, but retained many of its original details. Today, the house features five rooms with private baths, a relaxing front porch, and a large back deck with stunning views of the mill pond. An event space for parties of up to 100+. On-Site Tavern & Restaurant is open Thursday-Sunday 10a-10p.

If you are looking for a secluded place to escape, you've found it. This Private Log Cabin is on 47 Acres with a spectacular view down the valley in the Catskill Mountains. Just outside my home town of Delhi, 18 minutes to Maple Shade Farm (it's a great place to get ready fo a wedding), 25 minutes to Cooperstown All Star Village and 42 minutes to Cooperstown's Dreams Park. I hope you find it as relaxing as I do.

Room 2: The Red Rose Motel & Tavern

We offer contactless check-in and check-out to our guests. Our lounge is available to guests, as well as outdoor amenities: two fire pits, hammocks in the pine trees, a backyard patio, and picnic tables throughout the grounds. Our tavern is open for food, beer, wine and cider Fri-Mon, 5-9p. Coffee, fridge and charcoal grills are provided. WiFi is not guaranteed in the guest rooms.

The Winterton Room at The Gateway at Pine Hill

The Gateway at Pine Hill is the closest lodging to Belleayre Ski. The Winterton room is a newly designed room with one queen bed, a daybed and an en suite bathroom that can comfortably sleep three people. All guests will have use of our fireside lounge filled with books and games and an apres ski hot chocolate. Breakfast is included and is served from 7:30am - 10:00am daily.
