Enjoy the view from the private pier, screened in porch, or build a small fire in the outdoor fire pit. The closest public boat ramp is less than 10 mins away at Johnston’s Eddy and there is plenty of parking for your boat at the house. Just a short 5 min drive to Duck Levee Road at the Black River Wildlife Management area.

We hope we have created a spacious home for you to come and relax. The location is centrally located, so less than 5 minutes from hospitals, grocery stores(Hay's and Walmart) bakeries, restaurants, coffees and more. Basic cable and Netflix are available for your viewing pleasure. And, we also have provided 12” memory foam mattress for a restful nights sleep. We ask that you please agree to house rule and leave the house in the condition you found it.

Outdoor covered cooking area great for grilling with a pellet smoker, gas, or charcoal grill. The patio has the most amazing view. Bring a book and enjoy the peaceful serene backyard. This small, detached guesthouse is at the end of a quiet, dead end street. This guesthouse is ONLY 4.5 miles to the Datto Access Ramp on Black River and 4.5 miles from Reyno Levee Access Ramp. It is 7 miles from Schaefer's Eddy Black River Boat Ramp. There are 2 queen size beds and 2 couches and bunk beds It can sleep up to 6 people in beds It has a full kitchen and a washer and dryer. It also has a 12X12 dog kennel outside
