The house is surrounded by live oaks, nature and tidal marsh water in the backyard. Litchfield and Pawleys Island beaches are 5 minutes away. Relax on the front porch in one of the rockers, or enjoy listening to the rain on the screened-in back porch. *Motorcycles are not allowed on property.
