It is a large two story house (2,400sq. ft)! Ping pong, air hockey, foosball, checkers/chess table, cornhole, 4 bikes included, huge front porch for people watching, large natural gas fire pit, grill, basketball hoop, and so much more! The bunk room upstairs has its own separate livingroom too! Nothing compares!!

Ideal for 2 guests, but there is a pull-out sofa which could be comfortable for one more adult or a couple kids. Room for more than one car or a trailer. The house is on five acres of forest, but has a large parking area that can accommodate boats/trailers. You will love the privacy and beautiful views as you relax on the front porch, watching the deer, wild turkey and black bears.

There is a Chicken coop to feed chickens and gather eggs (if they are laying). Pasture with miniature Mediterranean donkey, ( Pablo) Zebra. (Ruby ) 1 miniature pygmi goats (Oreo), pig, (Georgia ) and a lamb (Grady ). I am a phone call away! 6 min drive physically. We also have a beautiful venue you can rent for a weddings or an an event.

The Casita at Casa Cascada

A tranquil oasis located in the historic, walkable Garden District. A mini-resort designed and built by artist Michael E. Arth, is hosted by Michael and his partner, Shasta. This is a destination location centrally located in downtown DeLand, between Orlando and Daytona Beach, close to various springs and the St. John's River. The beaches are only 25 minutes away. Downtown Orlando is 40 minutes, Orlando Airport is an hour away. Day trip to the Kennedy Space Center and theme parks.

Beaches and Daytona speedway are a 40 minute drive. Disney, Universal, and Sea World are just over an hour away.
