We are a 10 minute drive to the closest beach access, 15 minutes to the speedway and 3 minutes to Pictona pickleball club. This studio has everything you could need for a weekend retreat or longer. Great for staycations or as a work-from-home alternative. It comfortably fits one or two guests. Queen bed. Due to owners allergies and asthma, we are unable to host any animals.

The living room, balcony & king-size bedroom 1 have ocean views and the guest bedrooms have their own balconies looking over the Intercoastal river! This extra large unit offers 2,900 square feet + 2 balconies! With 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms the unit is fitted to sleep 10. Additional bedding is provided by 4-twin rollaway beds.
