The updated historic 1915 building boasts a spacious 1 BR with individually controlled heat and AC and full kitchen. It is centrally located in New Bethlehem, PA at the midpoint of the 51-mile Redbank Valley Trail just 65 miles from Pittsburgh via SR 28/66, 16 miles from I-80 Clarion exit 64, 18 miles from I-80 exit 78 in Brookville, walkable to many restaurants, with secure bike storage available and free parking on site. The guest house is a 20 x 16 ft. studio which sits on 115 acres of woods and fields with great views just outside Brookville. It is approximately 20 yards from the main house and equipped with a queen bed, a sofa, full bath with walk in shower, and small refrigerator, toaster oven, microvave, and TV. The property has multiple walking trails and is situated approximately 5 miles from Route 80. It is also close to Cook's Forest, the Clarion River, and Punxsutawney.

Our home is just seconds from Redbank Valley bicycle trail, and within walking distance to downtown shops and restaurants, as well as fishing in the Redbank Creek.
