The complement of the modern updated decor is balanced by a blend of vintage furniture. During warmer months, the back yard provides a shaded, quiet area to enjoy. In cooler weather, a gas fire pit provides cozy warmth outdoors.

Welcome to the secret garden of central Sacramento. This adorable mission style cottage is steps away from our beloved local brewery, New Helvetia Brewing Company. Restaurants, coffee shops, the iconic Tower Theater and more are all within two blocks. Head the other direction into the neighborhood and walk down streets lined in sycamores and see all the cute houses of Land Park. The cottage is lovely and cozy, the garden a dream, and the kitchen perfect for social cooking and eating.
