Catch & Release is a calming 4-bedroom and 3-bathroom bayfront home. There is also a loft with 4 twin beds, perfect for the kids to have their own space! With fresh, modern coastal style and some of the best views on the island, the layout is ideal. A security deposit/rental agreement/cleaning fee. Security deposit will be a pre-authorization placed on the credit card provided when filling out rental agreement. Please make sure to bring bug spray and sunscreen as you will be right on the water!

Secondary suite has a King guest room with private bath. The third guest room has two bunks (twin over full). Pier is shared with our neighbor to the south, it is NOT a community pier. Enjoy the private beach, which is ideal for the kids and pups alike. There is a fenced kennel for the pups.
