Dive into the serenity of this unique, off-grid tiny cabin. It’s the perfect spot to unwind, reset and take a breath. It’s a rustic gem, built from repurposed materials, saved from landfill. It’s not sleek, modern or perfect but built with love and a desire to share our off-grid lifestyle and simple farm life. We have the most amazing, relaxing, rejuvenating, outdoor wood fired bath, to soak up nature, the stars and spend time with your loved one. Of course there are cows with long horns too.

Piemaker's Rest

'Piemaker's Rest', originally home to a baker of memorable pies, is a studio apartment on the ground floor of our home. Your accommodation includes a separate keyed entrance, private terrace, bathroom, small kitchen and open plan sleeping space. Access is through the garden, including some steps. Coffee shops, parks, and a convenience store are within one km, grocery shops are within two kms. Bushwalking trails, TAFE, St Vincent's hospital, and the Saturday Farmers Markets are close by.

The couple's cabin is one of three close-knit pavilions at The Bower, rustique rainforest retreat; a tiny hamlet only 10 minutes drive from Maleny and 20 minutes to Woodfordia. Relax in front of the warm wood burning fireplace, enjoy the abundant bird life from your private deck, soak in the antique clawfoot bath, and lose yourself in the celestial clerestory views. Includes: light breakfast*, free WiFi, Foxtel, quirky chef's kitchen, romantic touches, quality linen, firewood** and bush pool*.

Eldridge -Little Brick House- Circa 1889

Eldridge -Little Brick House- is my home but now the guest suite allows you to enjoy the charm of this special space. This beautiful little cottage was built in 1889 by bricklayer Albert Egbert Eldridge. Enjoy the gorgeous rustic brick interior complimented by beautiful modern conveniences. Centrally located to inner Toowoomba. Eldridge has had a renovation to make a cosy, comfortable completely private guest space. There are four steps up to the verandah to allow access to the guest suite.

A unique, charming cottage for a couple’s retreat

Art's hut is a 1930's couples retreat nestled amongst a country garden and Glendale homestead. The hut is the foundation building of a family working cattle stud "Graneta". This cottage has peaceful country charm, well situated at the foothills of the Bunya Mountains and only 4kms from the quaint town of Bell which has plenty to see and do. Only 33kms drive to the heritage-listed Jimbour house and the beautiful Bunya Mountains which is a lovely drive with spectacular views and great walks.

Cabin with Stunning Valley Views

Situated on a 40 acre property nestled at the base of a hill, the cabin delivers stunning views looking over the Lockyer Valley and onto the hills of Lockyer National Park. The cabin is set 100 metres away from the main house providing privacy plus easy road access & convenient parking right at the door. The side by side cabin is joined by a deck where you can enjoy the view and the incredible sunrises/sunsets whilst watching the wallabies graze. On the property is a horse and cattle.

Gumnut Cottage

Only 10 minutes from Toowoomba, this off-grid studio cottage gives you an escape in the Australian bush with all the comforts of home. We are located across a tiny creek, up a 1km winding, gravel driveway where the cottage is semi-privately set into the bush. At night, you might see the wallabies munch and bandicoots dig, and if lucky, the possums may come down from the trees for a treat. During the day you may catch sight of a lace-monitor lizard which may come running for a treat.

We run sheep and cattle on our property and have a sheep dog called Shred.

Nestled into the side of one of the highest points on the Bunya Mountains, Queensland, and centrally located in peaceful surrounds makes it the perfect place for a relaxing break. The Bunyas is always about 6 degrees cooler than the surrounding area. Nature abounds with friendly wallabies, possums, bandicoots, echidnas, and the colourful king parrots and crimson rosellas are amongst the abundant birdlife.
