The Austin House Downtown

The Austin House is a downstairs apartment in a Historic Home built in 1921. In the beautiful Victorian style, it features 12' ceilings, lovely hardwood floors, and wood molding. The windows are large and allow warm natural light to bath the spacious rooms. An inoperable fireplace sets the tone in the living room with comfy yet updated furniture. The kitchen is very big and has a farm table for dining. The bedroom has a queen Murphy bed and a spacious bathroom. Close to restaurants. This home has a Keurig coffee pot and we provide starter K-Cups but you may want to pick some up.

There are so many shops & restaurants within walking distance of the condo and I love sitting on the balcony taking in the sites. The master bedroom has a king bed with a tempur pedic mattress as well as a master bath with tub and separate shower. The loft area has a queen bed with a tempur pedic mattress as well as a twin daybed.

Make yourself at home in this cozy, artist-designed apartment in the heart of the DeTonti historic district, just steps from downtown Mobile.
