The cottage is situated in the village of Rockford, 4 miles walk from Lynmouth or a short drive. It boasts modern appliances and design. Set mainly on one level, a low ceiling mezzanine accommodates a small double bed & extra single bed. The one acre garden is a real treat with plenty of vista points.

Relax or take a dip in the shared outdoor heated pool (seasonal - opens Whitsun week through to the end of September) less than one minute away, or for the more active there is surfing, paddle boarding, walking or cycling; this beautiful area has it all. In the evening why not visit one of the local pubs or hunker down with a movie or maybe a board game for those more competitive!

(Note: these facilities only available from Mid March to October) The park (8 miles from Bideford) is close to beaches and local attractions (by car) and is a perfect base for exploring the area. The chalet has 2 bedrooms and an open plan kitchen/living area Bathroom has shower/basin/toilet. Double glazing throughout. Panel heaters.

We designed Bay Tree Cottage to be a home away from home, with plenty of special touches that make it a place you’ll remember. Set in the private, landscaped grounds of Willingcott Valley, summer guests (June to Sept) will also have access to the heated outdoor swimming pool.

We also have 3 ½ acres of woodlands at the back of the property which your more than welcome to explore.
