L'appartamento di 100 m2 si trova al piano terreno di un antico villino sulla via di San Domenico al n.37 che porta da Piazza Edison a San Domenico fino a Fiesole. Il villino si trova in un interno della Via di San Domenico, un luogo tranquillo e riservato; da un lato si affaccia su un piccolo giardino attrezzato e dall'altra su una corte silenziosa e protetta di nostra proprietà. L'appartamento è nuovo, ristrutturato con gusto e raffinatezza. Perfetto per due coppie di amici e per una famiglia con figli. Può ospitare fino a 7 persone. L'appartamento è composto da: ampio soggiorno con divano letto e la possibilità di aggiungere un letto extra; una bella cucina grande e luminosa con tavolo da pranzo che si affaccia sul giardino; una prima camera da letto doppia con aria condizionata, con vista sul giardino e dotata di bagno privato con doccia; una seconda camera doppia con aria condizionata con vista sulla corte interna. Un secondo bagno grande con doccia. Completa l'appartamento un piccolo giardino a vostra disposizione, ricco di piante e fiori, dove è possibile godersi la colazione, il pranzo e la cena. Siete i benvenuti nel nostro appartamento, i pavimenti sono in parquet di rovere e le pareti sono dipinte nella delicata tonalità del tortora. Abbiamo ristrutturato e arredato questo appartamento con molta cura e attenzione ai dettagli. Troverete lenzuola e asciugamani; sapone, bagno schiuma e phon; ferro e asse da stiro. La cucina è grande e luminosa, moderna e completamente attrezzata con frigo, fornelli, forno, microonde, macchina per il caffè, bollitore e tostapane. Wifi gratuita. Di fronte alla casa, sulla Via di san Domenico troverete il parcheggio gratuito. Sempre sulla Via di San Domenico a 100 m dalla nostra casa troverete la fermata dell'autobus 7 che vi porterà in centro in 15 minuti. Qui avrete la possibilità di rilassarvi al ritorno dalle vostre escursioni a Firenze, a Fiesole e Settignano, nel Mugello e nel Chianti. Sono i benvenuti anche i vostri amici pelosi! Gli ospiti avranno accesso all'appartamento e al giardino privato a loro riservato. Io e mio marito saremo felici di accogliervi e di assistervi durante il vostro soggiorno! Siamo anche sempre disponibili via sms e whatsapp. L’appartamento si trova fra Campo di Marte, le Cure e l'atmosfera affascinante e spirituale di San Domenico e di Fiesole, in un quartiere residenziale ordinato ed elegante, in cui è possibile respirare lo stile di vita tipicamente fiorentino. Oltre al meraviglioso centro storico di Firenze, vi consigliamo un giro nelle vie dello shopping interessanti per noi cittadini come: Via Gioberti, Via Marconi, le botteghe e il mercato nel quartiere delle Cure. Vi suggeriamo inoltre di salire per la Via di San Domenico e raggiungere Fiesole per visitare le meravigliose ville storiche che si trovano lungo questa collina; un percorso che vi offrirà paesaggi e suggestioni uniche! Non disponiamo di un parcheggio privato, ma di fronte all'immobile, sulla Via di San Domenico troverete molti parcheggi disponibili e gratuiti. Di fronte all'appartamento troverete anche la fermata dell'autobus n.7 che vi porterà in centro in 15 minuti. Attenzione, per chi viene senza auto: vicino all'appartamento non ci sono supermarket da raggiungere a piedi, perciò vi consigliamo di comprare quello che vi occorre nei pressi della stazione ( troverete numerosi city market). L’appartamento si trova fra Campo di Marte, le Cure e l'atmosfera affascinante e spirituale di San Domenico e Fiesole, in un quartiere residenziale ordinato ed elegante, in cui è possibile respirare lo stile di vita tipicamente fiorentino.

The apartment is located in a strategic position, Via Maggio n.1: in the heart of the city, between Borgo San Frediano (considered by Lonely Planet one of the coolest neighborhoods in the world) and the extraordinary monuments and masterpieces of Florence such as the Ponte Vecchio, the Uffizi Museum, Il Duomo and the elegant Via Tornabuoni with its super-chic shops. The possibility of self-check in will soon be available, especially for those who have to arrive after 7 pm. the entire apartment. We will be at your disposal to give you all informations to spend an authentic vacation in Florence! The apartment is located in the heart of Florence’s historic center, a stone's throw from the famous Ponte Vecchio and its famed jewelry shops. Take a stroll to the Santo Spirito district to discover its lively cafes and vibrant Tuscan restaurants. From the train station Santa Maria Novella you can take the taxi (just 5 minutes) or the bus number 6 and get off in Lungarno Guicciardini ( the bus stop is called "Pescaia di santa Rosa") and from there 2 minutes by walk. If you have the car you can park at the Garage Lungarno in Borgo San Iacopo 10 (+39.055.282542 - two minutes by walk from our apartment) If you book it you will avoid the fine as it is in ZTL area. From the Airport of Florence "Amerigo Vespucci" you can take the taxi (around 20 minutes) or take the special bus to reach the central train station; check the website for timetable: www.areoporto.firenze.it on item Transports. The apartment is located in ancient building at the first floor (20 confort steps to make) no elevator. The apartement can accomodate up to 3 adults (King size bed 1,80 m x 2 m, 1 confort sofa bed 1,20 m x 1,90 ) both with lattex hypoallergenic mattresses). It will be possible also to 2 adults with 2 teenagers. Our staff will attend the check-in from 04.00 until 07.00 but if you need a different time please feel to ask and we can find a suitable solution for you . Self check-in will be also available asap. The air conditioning will be at your disposal from middle of April (work in progress)

This fantastic apartment offers you the chance to immerse yourself into the heart of ancient Florence. The prime location is a perfect starting point for exploring all of the city’s most notable landmarks. The magical views from all rooms of this accommodation surround you in the beauty of Florence all day and night. There is a supermarket conveniently located 150 meters from the apartment. The Ponte Vecchio is 200 meters away and in a 5 minutes walk, you can reach the city center. The water boiler sometimes needs to be restarted. It's outside of the kitchen, there in an on/off button, you just need to turn it on and off. If all the utilities are on at the same time the light may go down, the breaker is next to the main entrance, inside the apartment. I also work for a hot air balloon company, if you are up for some adventure, you just need to ask me. The apartment is in the heart of ancient Florence—perfect for exploring the many nearby landmarks. You won't need a car, everything is at walking distance. In case you will arrive with a rented car, there is a parking next to the aparment that charges 35eur/day.

Palazzo Leopardi si trova nel cuore di Firenze a pochi passi dal duomo, dal famoso teatro della Pergola, piazza della Repubblica, piazza santissima Annuziata. L'appartamento ha origini medioevali ma recentemente restaurato con tutti i comfort: soffitto a cassettoni con travi a vista, parquet, aria condizionata, connessione ad internet con fibra ultraveloce.
