This is a newly renovated garage turned into a modern and beautiful studio. This space is completely private from the main house, with a private entrance and cozy patio. It can sleep 4 people, although the space would be a little tight for 4 adults. There is a king sized bed, and a sleeper sofa which can be used together as a full sized, or option to separate into 2 twins. The space can also be booked with sister cottages on the property if needed, and is an excellent place to call home while you're in town!

Charming tiny house in the heart of the vibrant South Austin scene. Nestled upon South Austin property in one of Austin's most unique neighborhoods. *Just re-opened!* We closed down while remodeling our main house due to construction materials and construction traffic in our driveway. Before reopening we have updated the tiny home with anew Dreamcloud Premier queen mattress, refreshed paint, and deep cleaned the ac unit.

Studio SoCo is a one room studio with attached shower bathroom and kitchenette. The two twin beds are comfortable and can be separate or pushed together by request. The shower bath also has a toilet, sink and all the amenities you will need. In the kitchenette you will have access to a sink, microwave and medium sized fridge. In addition to all that, the 45 in Smart Tv is ready for movie watching.
