Villa Arcadia

Villa Arcadia has 3 bedrooms. The large master bedroom can accommodate 2 people & two children (the two children on a sofa bed). It is ideal for the accommodation of 6 adults and 2 children (2-12 years old). It has 1 large bathroom with hydromassage. For larger families or groups of up to 12 people (only 8 adults + 4 children) the Villa Arcadia suite is also available which can accommodate 4 people (2 adults & 2 children) in a 70 sq m space with bedroom, living room, dining room and 1 large bathroom. For reservations of 12 people (only 8 adults & 4 children) inquiry and pre-approval are required.

Livadaki Villa

"Livadaki Villa" comfortably accommodates 1 to 9 guests, plus 1+ infant, making it perfect for three couples, a large family, or a group of friends. The house features three bedrooms with two private balconies, a bathroom, and a relaxation room with a jacuzzi on the first floor. The ground floor offers a spacious corner veranda, a cozy living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and dining area. Additionally, the basement level is a whole extra apartment that provides extra space and convenience.

Πρόκειται για μία κατοικία μέσα στον παραδοσιακό οικισμό της Νέας Επιδαύρου με όλες τις ανέσεις ενός σύγχρονου εξοχικού. Το σπίτι βρίσκεται κάτω από το Βυζαντινό κάστρο, με πανοραμική θέα όλου του χωριού και του καστρου. Ο χώρος που ενοικιάζεται είναι ανεξάρτητος και αφορά δύο δωμάτια σε δύο επίπεδα (ένα τρίκλινο και δίκλινο με μπάνια), πλήρης κουζίνα, πισίνα με υδρομασαζ, μεγάλη βεράντα με υπαιθρια τραπεζαρία και καθιστικό. Χαλαρώστε σε αυτόν τον ήρεμο και κομψό χώρο με απίθανη θέα έως τον Κορινθιακό κόλπο. Σε υψόμετρο 1150 μέτρων, βρίσκεται 5 λεπτά με τα πόδια από το κέντρο των Άνω Τρικάλων, πράγμα που προσφέρει ησυχία αλλά και εύκολη πρόσβαση σε ταβέρνες και καφετέριες. Το σπίτι είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένο με τρεις κρεβατοκάμαρες, ενιαίο σαλόνι/τραπεζαρία/κουζίνα, σοφίτα και μπάνιο με τζακούζι με θέα προς τον Κορινθιακό. Υπάρχει μαντεμένια ξυλόσομπα και θερμοπομποί που κάνουν το σπίτι πολύ ζεστό τον χειμώνα.
