Blackhorse Cabin

Quant little cabin nestled high enough in the mountain to view Mt Alice from the front porch and still close enough to the town of Seward. There is a queen bed and a futon. The love seat reclines also. There is a fire pit you are free to use and some bikes hang from the deck of the main house feel free to use those. The house is located up the mountain but the road can be heard from the cabin. The queen bed and twin futon are located in the same room. One guest complained the area was to small.

We are located on a forested acre. Our Yurt's are modern with all amenities included. We are located north of Seward, 8 minutes from our lodging to the boat harbor. It is a short 7 minute walk to Bear Lake and to Bear Creek Weir a salmon spawning creek. Our season runs from May 10 thru September 30 annually.

My little black cabin is nestled away in the woods of Bear Lake, which is secluded enough but still conveniently close to Seward, Alaska. This location is great for adventures, kayaking, paddleboarding, skiing and lots of wonderful hikes
