The Castanian Cottage is a Scandanavian style cottage which was built in 1972. The owners of the property lived in the Cottage while building ‘The Castanian’ which was one of the grand manors in Cooma. The country estate sprawls over 27 acres. The property overlooks the Cooma golf course. Castanian offers 180-degree views to the snow-capped mountains of the Alpine areas, and also the Brindabella Mountains. Its the perfect retreat after a day in the mountains ,winter or Summer. You will come home to reverse cycle heating and cooling , great phone reception , Wifi a 50 inch Smart TV and a fire pit.

Hideaway in Wamboin. 15 minutes to Queanbeyan or Bungendore, close to wineries. Comfortable, private and separate studio unit (donga) with queen bed, a kitchen and a bathroom. Tea's and Coffees available. Stargazing on clear nights, peace and quiet. This is a small space that is not suitable for long term rental. Note: after numerous suggestions as to temperature control, I have now installed reverse cycle air conditioning. Nearest shops are in Queanbeyan (15mins away)
