Small Town Getaway with Space to Spread Out

Sitting on over an acre wooded lot, our home is the perfect retreat for any family, couple, or small group. We have included enough beds and other sleeping spaces for nearly every group and our large living and dining areas are perfect to wind down after a fun day on the lake or out antiquing. Life slows down even more around the fire pit in the backyard. We hope you enjoy both the inside and outside of our home and encourage you to spend some time in Greenbrier eating, shopping, and playing.

Picturesque Pet-Friendly Haven

This charming home offers a serene retreat suitable for singles, couples, or a small family, welcoming pets with open arms. Nestled within a spacious 0.8-acre lot, it features a main bedroom with a queen bed, a full bath, & a walk-in closet. The second bedroom is a modern office. The third room serves as a dedicated workout area, boasting a treadmill, exercise bike, hand weights, & a yoga mat. A twin bed was added to this room after photos were taken. A portable playpen is also available.

The Park House

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish three bedroom - two bath house in a quiet neighborhood in West Conway. The Park House is newly renovated and minutes from UCA, Hendrix, and CBC colleges. From a fully equipped kitchen with complimentary coffee/tea to Smart TVs in both living room and master suite, a dedicated work space, full size washer and dryer, and a fenced backyard with a Weber grill, we tried to think of everything to make your stay enjoyable! And were pet friendly!

The Respite

Welcome to The Respite. This lovely remodeled home is the relaxation destination here in Conway. This three bedroom, two bath room is close to everything in town, but so relaxing you'll feel like your on a spa vacation. With beautiful claw foot tub, comfy beds and The Napping Porch you'll never want to leave. If you want to relax while watching your favorite shows then hook up to the free wi-fi. Or cook up the dinner you love in the open kitchen with spectacular island.

Fern Cottage

Fern Cottage is on rear of our property with private entrance & outdoor spaces which include seating, fire pit. Front porch has a swing. It is fully furnished There is an under counter fridge in the kitchen and full size fridge located outside your bedroom door in garage. Off street parking provided. NO smoking unit. No exceptions. No more than 2 pets and no larger than 50 pounds. NO AGGRESSIVE PETS. There is a $25 pet fee please be courteous and pay when reserving

Welcome to Gold Creek Retreat, nestled on the shores of Lake Conway. A fisherman's paradise. Our retreat offers kayaks for aquatic adventures and breathtaking sunsets. Unwind in our cozy space, featuring games like ping pong and billiards, or relax by the fire pit. Just 8 minutes from dining and shopping, our retreat combines serene lakefront living with easy access to local amenities. Note: Current lake level reduced 2-3 feet for dam repairs; see updated winter pic.

Cozy Cabin in Conway

You'll enjoy this cozy cottage when you stay here. Bruce and Cindy built this from the ground up and have several acres of land to enjoy. On the grounds you will find semi-free-roaming chickens (don't worry, they won't bite) and a loving cat named Sunny and a little cavapoo dog named Stewby. The cabin backs up to a wooded area, so even thought you are only minutes from shopping, parks, Beaverfork Lake, and many other attractions, it feels like you are in the country.

Quiet little farm stay in Austin - pet friendly

If you love to be greeted by friendly, nosy sheep then this is the place for you! Welcome to our little farm, we love when guests feel at home in our little farmhouse. Sit on the front porch with a cup of coffee while watching the sheep, goats, and horses graze. Sit on the back porch at night during the summertime and watch the beautiful fireflies! This is a place to relax and unwind from the the hustle and bustle while enjoying a little taste of farm life.

Historic Carriage House in SOMA

This is a NO-Smoking anywhere on the property. Please message me if your traveling with dogs. There is a $20 pet fee per stay for a maximum of two dogs. Located in a residential neighborhood in the SOMA district of downtown Little Rock, this original carriage house sits behind it's main house, both built in 1904. My place is an easy walk to bars, restaurants and shops. There is a dog and people park a few blocks away. Check in: 4pm Checkout: 11am.

***NEW ARCADE GAMES AS OF 11/29/23*** IMPORTANT: LAKE IS DRAINED. In lieu of kayaks and fishing gear, there is now Arcade games to keep up the fun! This Lake Conway cabin comes with NEW Arcade games featuring PacMan and NFL Blitz. Take in the peaceful scenery w/ covered patio, fire pit and the plethora of restaurants close by. FYI: This cabin is very close to I-40. We have white noise provided for light sleepers. THERE IS LOUD HIGHWAY NOISE.

Ms. Penny's Place

Welcome to Ms. Penny's Place! This newly remodeled, 3 bedroom home sits right in the heart of Conway - a half mile from Conway High School and about 1.5 miles from Hendrix College, Central Baptist College and the University of Central Arkansas. Enjoy the school house touches and 15+ years of CHS yearbooks to look through. It's the perfect spot for your first visit to Conway...or for a former Wampus Cat to enjoy a walk down memory lane.

Cozy Guesthouse in Beebe, Arkansas

Entire private 2 bedroom guesthouse located in the heart of town in a great safe neighborhood and close to the ASU Beebe campus, Harding University, Little Rock Air Force Base and convenient shopping at Wal-mart . This private guesthouse comes with a covered parking space with a beautiful fenced-in yard with deck and fire pit . We gladly allow pets (with prior approval) for an additional fee of $25 per pet .
