Relax at our Lodge in the Cheshire Countryside.

Relax with the whole family at our lodge. It has 3 bedrooms so perfect for a family getaway. It has beautiful views and scenery. Set on the edge of the grounds of a working farm, the lodge is surrounded by fields which change with each season. There can be Pygmy goats, sheep and lambs grazing. In spring you may be able to see our baby lambs being born on the farm. Horses and cows can seen in nearby fields. There is a separate summer house which is perfect for working or unwinding with a book.

The Forest Pod

The Forest Pod is a unique and tranquil getaway located on the edge of the Peak District National Park. The perfect base to spot wildlife, sit back and relax or explore Macclesfield Forest on one of its many cycling or walking routes. The Pod is Adjacent to the Leathers Smithy Pub which serves some of the best Food and Ale in Cheshire,. It is situated in its own private area with an outside dining area which boasts magnificent views of the surrounding area Teggs Nose and Ridgegate Reservoir.

Relaxing couples getaway with hot tub

Family owned one bedroom lodge in private grounds with mature woodland, in a superb location accessed by private electric gates, our lovely cabin has a large deck with a 4 person hot tub. Although in the grounds of Ladera Retreat Lodges we are otherwise unconnected with them and clean and manage the lodge ourselves, getting rave reviews pretty much 100% of the time. Ideal for romantic couples it's nestled in an area renowned for walking and cycling and is on the edge of the Peak District.

“The Lost Wagon” at Stoop Farm

Sky View Lodge

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Introducing our brand new Sky View Lodge (completed June 2024). With plenty of space for 4 people to enjoy their stay on the peak of Staffordshire Moorlands surrounded by breath-taking views of the rolling hills that make the Peak District National Park, with fantastic walking and cycling routes in abundance. Once you step out of the lodge, the panoramic views of the surrounding areas offer some of the most beautiful sun rises and sunsets.

The Cabin is a rustic, back to basics stay in a beautiful & rural location. The Cabin has a loo and handwashing facilities inside and there is an outdoor camping shower available for those brave enough! The Cabin has beautiful countryside surrounding it and footpaths and walks aplenty! Comfortable & stylish, in a quiet residential area, our garden annex has its own separate entrance. We are close to Didsbury and West Didsbury with shops and restaurants and good transport links, including tram and bus routes into Manchester City Centre. The annex has fully equipped kitchen with washer/drier, oven, microwave, fridge etc The Bedroom is warm, bright and spacious with an en-suite shower room. Wifi available, TV, safe on-street parking. No Smoking or vaping please!
