The building is known to locals as the "Reporter Building" built in 1892 housing the area's newspaper.

As we are surrounded by multiple small towns & just a few miles from a couple conservation areas: Emmett and Leah Seat Memorial Conservation Area & The Grand Trace Conservation Area.
