An easy 10 minutes from the town of Golden, our completely unique, elegant, extremely romantic, custom built, all season yurt and modern shower house Note: There is a new build happening on the rural property beside us for summer 2026. Black Bear Log Cabin is a locally handcrafted Douglas Fir log cabin nestled in the trees on a private lot, located an easy 15 minute drive south of Golden BC. Situated within easy reach of several national parks, Golden is an outdoor enthusiasts paradise with world class skiing & sledding in the winter. Equally exhilarating are the many summer activities including hiking, mountain biking, whitewater rafting, paragliding, tandem parachuting.

Smiley Wolf Cabin is a magical log cabin on a beautifully landscaped 4 acre lot, just 7 km (4 miles) south of Golden and under 20 km (13 miles) from Kicking Horse Mountain Resort. Suitable for groups from 2 to 6 people, the cabin has a private hot tub with mountain views, 3 decks with picnic table, BBQ & hammock and a private lawn. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, wireless internet, 42" TV (Netflix, Disney+, Roku) & DVD player (+ DVDs), wood burning stove, washer-dryer & fully equipped kitchen.

Located on a dead end road , you will enjoy the peaceful and quiet location.

Wolf's Den

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Listen to the wolves howling right outside your window at the neighboring Wolf Center. Stay warm on those cold nights with the infloor heating and wood stove. This cozy little cabin is nestled in the beautiful Blaeberry valley, with great trails along the river's edge only a few minutes walk away.There is a full size shower and comfortable outhouse that has ample lighting that comes on automatically when it gets dark.

Escape the crowds.. Escape the noise.. Come and enjoy our 100 plus acres of breathtaking beauty and solitude. In the spring, summer, and fall you can hike, bike, and play in and around the river. In winter, you can cross country ski, snowshoe, and toboggan. All without leaving the property. Once “home” soak in the hot tub, have a fire in the fire pit ( fire laws depending), and watch your children and dogs play. All while in the fenced backyard.
