This 1964 bay window steel caboose car features queen bed, private bath with jetted Jacuzzi tub, sitting room with table and chairs, A/C, and back deck near the creek. It also has a mini refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. We serve a continental breakfast inside the Inn, so please book the correct number of guests as we cook breakfast according to the number of guests in each room. This romantic place to stay offers a unique history. Your stay at Spring Valley Station is a little different from the typical getaway! The train car was built and used in the popular TV series Hell on Wheels (2011–2016), where it served as railroad boss Thomas Durant’s private car. We’ve named one of our suites after Thomas Durant, played by Colm Meaney in the TV series. The other suite is named after legendary local train robber Billy Miner.
