It is centrally located in Bryan/College Station's Southside Historic area, 1000 ft from Texas A&M University property, and one of the closest residential properties to Kyle Field. We've recently added in some major upgrades to the house including additional parking, new flooring, a metal roof, a covered back porch with patio furniture and built in dishwasher.

OUR CABIN IS LOCATED 1/4 MILE FROM VETERANS PARK AND CONVENT TO CENTRAL PARK, LEGENDS EVENT CENTER, AND NOT FAR FROM THE AGGIE STATIUM, WHERE WE ARE ALSO LESS THAN A MILE TO THE MALL AND MANY RESTAURANTS. ENJOY THE PEACEFUL POND OUTSIDE YOUR BEDROOM DOOR OR THE LARGE PICNIC AREA.
