Part of a Steading (barn) sympathetically converted in 2006, overlooking woods and fields from its own enclosed garden. The cottage is ideaI for exploring the Scottish Borders and Northumberland. One hour by car from Edinburgh, 35 mins from Lindisfarne and 45 mins from Bamburgh. If you'd like to leave the car at home and cycle to us it is 13 miles from the station at Berwick-upon-Tweed. Tucked away down a small lane, you can walk or cycle from the door or simply sit and watch the wildlife.

The Bothy

Situated in a quiet courtyard in the borders town of Coldstream. Ideal for walkers, golfers, fishing or just visiting the historic Scottish borders. Only 4 miles from Flodden battlefield, Kelso 10 miles Berwick 14 miles, Edinburgh less than an hour away. 2 Local pubs to chose from all within 5 minutes walk. The name Bothy means a refuge for travelers. The price includes airbnb's charges which I can do nothing about, we charge £70 per night the rest is airbnb commission.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Double bedroom converted outbuilding located in the peaceful village of Birgham, and also close to the historic towns of Kelso and Coldstream. A short trip to all the other border towns and local transport links (Berwick upon Tweed and Tweedbank) A new converted building with all the needs for a short stay to explorer the local area and further a field. Ideally located to access local walks and the river Tweed.

Abbey House

The large, attractive, walled garden which surrounds the house is a peaceful, secluded haven with superb views over the Nun's Walk, the River Tweed and out to Flodden Field and the Cheviot Hills beyond. Yet Coldstream's pubs and shops are all within a few minutes' walk from the house. With prime Lower Tweed beats just a few minutes' drive from the house (including Tillmouth, Lennel, and The Lees), Abbey House provides an ideal base for fishing parties.

Characterful self-contained accommodation offering two bedrooms and two shower rooms in a pretty 17th century cottage. Master bedroom featuring a superking zip-link double bed (can also be a twin) and en-suite shower room. Second bedroom with a king size double bed and private shower room. Garden Cottage is a Grade B listed cottage, stone built around 200 years ago, with views over the restored Victorian glasshouse and orchards at the bottom of our gardens. The beamed bedrooms upstairs complement a spacious and light ground floor that has access to private front and back gardens, with sitting out paved areas in each. The cottage is fully furnished and is in a quiet and out of way location, surrounded by fields and woodlands.
