The Coachhouse is cosy and quiet. It has its own entrance and is completely separate from the main house. There is a private gated courtyard that guests are also welcome to use. Only 5 minutes from East Kilbride and 20 minutes from Glasgow but surrounded by fields and countryside Full use of the Coachhouse and the courtyard next to it Feel free to contact me with any queries by phone, text, e mail The property is only a couple of minutes from the village of Carmunnock, a pretty conservation village and the only official village left in Glasgow. There is a local shop, pharmacy, and an excellent restaurant in the town. There is parking next to the Coachhouse. Getting around by car is ideal but we are also only minutes from two train stations and there are regular buses in the village minutes up the road. We have two dogs but they are friendly and kept in the main house or our back garden.

We have off-road secure private parking, and walking distance to large supermarket (Tesco) and fast food like MacDonald's.

Walking distance to the local village of Eaglesham with a lovely pub that is dog friendly, with good food, called the Swan.

The Marlfield is located in a quiet residential cul-de-sac. The bungalow is bright and cosy whilst being a perfect retreat after along day exploring the area. Filled with all the amenities to keep you entertained including; complimentary WiFi, Sky TV, and a fully functioning kitchen. You'll have a great night's sleep in our plush king size bed. Only a 5 mins drive to the Strathclyde Business Park, this property is well located for guests staying on business and is a short commute from Glasgow.

Central location for touring
Attached bungalow with own entrance, two good size bedrooms, one with en suite shower room, family bathroom with bath / shower cubicle. Large living room with tv, good size fully fitted dining kitchen with all crockery cutlery pots pans etc. Our house is situated between Glasgow and Edinburgh, giving easy access to both airports / trains etc. Although I am named as the host, my wife Irene assists me, in fact Irene sees that our guests have all the niceeties required during your stay.

Bright, modern family home in a quiet neighbourhood. Off street parking available and a private back garden with patio area. The property is suitable for families with children or couples. We are a short walk from Summerlee Heritage Museum, the Time Capsule Leisure Centre with Ice Rink and Water Park and Coatbridge Town Centre. We are also only a 10 minute walk from Sunnyside Train Station with direct train links to Glasgow, Edinburgh and Balloch Loch Lomond.

Cottage with Panoramic Views
Self-contained annexe with its own entrance. This is 1820 built barn conversion. The property has ample grounds with lawns and grassed areas with uninterrupted panoramic views and also couple of friendly Pigmy goats. You can find highland cattle and horses in the fields nearby. Occasionally you can see deer in the open fields. It’s a perfect sanctuary to hideaway or for the more adventurous traveller to explore Scotland major cities Glasgow and Edinburgh.

Given the residential location of this property, a car is recommended.
