The Garden Flat

Tucked away in a quiet yet central part of Topsham this spacious and practical self contained property is a perfect base for a few nights or a much longer stay. You can park immediately outside and there is secure storage for bikes. It has its own kitchen and living area. The spacious bedroom has a super king size bed and there is also a sofa bed in the living room which can be set up if required. The property is connected to our family home but has its own private entrance.

This is a great space for visiting Exeter. It’s central location allows you access to the city centre and surrounding areas, using various transport. There is a kitchenette with fridge, kettle and sink. The room has an en-suite with a spacious shower. Bed linen and towels are provided. Room has WiFi, smoke detector and fire extinguisher. No smoking. There is free on road parking from 4pm-10am Mon-Frid. On w/ends there are no parking restrictions.
