Cute Modern- Rustic pet friendly home close to all Chattanooga has to offer! Places to eat and Walmart just down the road. The house is 5 minutes from Lookout Mountain attractions, downtown, TVA (Raccoon Mtn.), hiking, biking trails, and boat ramp. Newly remodeled and furnished with most everything you might need! Location! Location! Location! This cozy home is located in the heart of Dalton, just off of Walnut Ave. and down the street from downtown Dalton. Just minutes away from major chain restaurants, grocery stores, shopping spots and many locally-owned eateries unique to Dalton, you can easily walk down the street to get to where you need to go. The home is about 2 miles away from I-75 on Walnut Avenue, making Chattanooga about 30 minutes north and Atlanta about 90 minutes south of this house.

This charming historic home is a 2 bedroom 1 bath house located blocks from Lee University in the Historic District of Cleveland. It is 40 minutes to the Ocoee White Water Center, 35 minutes to downtown Chattanooga, 1 hour to Blue Ridge, GA. There is a fully stocked kitchen, front porch, back deck patio with fire pit and privacy fence for the pups. Snacks and waters are available upon arrival as well.

The house has easy access, just 1 min to high way ( I-75 ) on last exit 353 between Georgia and Tennessee line. Is located just 15 min from downtown Chattanooga, Hamilton mall (8 min), Chattanooga Airport (11 min) and many touristic places. We are a family of 4 including 2 medium dogs. We are pet friendly!

The house is just 2 miles away from the interstate, restaurant, movie theater & shopping. Off of the main road in a quiet older subdivision. Great stop over if traveling I-75. The Ocoee River & Cherokee National Forest are within 20 minutes driving. The bathroom is just outside the bedroom. The bed is queen size. Lee University is 5.7 miles away. Omega Center International is 4.8 miles away, both are easy to get to. Coffee/tea available anytime.

It is close to everything , like Lee University (8 mins), OCI (3mins), Ocoee River (21mins), YMCA (5mins), restaurant and shopping stores. As you wake up in the morning you will feel good vibe of the day as each room is facing the east (meaning where the sun arises), we also have a nice patio at the back where you can seat in our sling chair.
