The Ballina Byron Gateway Airport is 10 minutes away so very accessible for fly in guests. Regular bus services to town, Byron Bay & Lennox with a bus stop only minutes away. Complimentary use of bikes is available to enjoy the numerous coastal bike & walking paths. A car is recommended to take full advantage of all the area has to offer. Manning cottage was once a school house, but now welcomes visitors to its rooms. Set in a tranquil environment surrounded by birdlife and rolling hills, the cottage is beautifully decorated for practicality and comfort. A well stocked breakfast basket with locally sourced produce is included. The Upper Clarence district offers a choice of outdoor activities including canoeing, fishing, bird-watching, bushwalking, 4wdriving as well as the local show, campdraft, and dog trials are held annually.

This family holiday home is ideal for anyone looking for a relaxing quiet holiday by the beach. It is light, open and airy, with a garden and front deck. It is not even close to 5 star luxury but an old timber house that we have made clean and functional . Our families have enjoyed the house over 5 generations .The kitchen is stocked but unrenovated. It has 4 bedrooms with 2 upstairs ,2 small ones downstairs. It is 5 minute walk to the beach and shops. There is no under cover parking. Free Wifi.

The Muddy (as it is affectionately known) is a lovely place to stop for a weekend , week or even longer. This converted mud brick farm shed offers complete tranquility with high-end design and furnishing. The Muddy offers a lovely one bedroom sanctuary with ensuite bathroom (with indoor shower) full kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine) and a large lounge with leather couches, TV and relaxing ambiance. Outside you'll find a BBQ, a dining table and amazing outdoor shower. All overlooking a dam.

This beautiful little cottage is located on the property of 'Hidden Valley Estate' in South Grafton. It is self-contained with a separate entrance, bi-passing the main house. Inspired by French-Country decor, this little cabin certainly creates an atmosphere of relaxation among the gum trees. It is an open plan bedroom/bathroom with toilet, shower and basin. Air-con with a comfy queen bed, storage chest and open shelves for your belongings. There is also a microwave, tea and coffee facilities.
