Tenemos caballos, gallinas y nuestros hermosos perros en nuestras impresionantes 7,5 acres de tierra. Hay una gran presa en la propiedad, que trae consigo una gran variedad de vida silvestre, y canguros en el prado superior con vistas al atardecer de Fremantle. A pocos minutos de las tiendas y la línea de tren a la ciudad, a 30 minutos del aeropuerto y a 40 minutos de la ciudad.

Ven a visitar las hermosas y verdes colinas de Perth. Aunque estés a solo 30 minutos del distrito financiero de Perth y a 20 minutos del aeropuerto, te sentirás como si estuvieras lejos de casa. Escucha a los pájaros, da un paseo por el jardín o simplemente disfruta de un café mientras disfrutas de las vistas desde tu balcón. Nuestra casa de huéspedes está situada cerca de la cima de la colina con una entrada empinada y una entrada de escaleras. Tendrás un pub a poca distancia a pie y el hermoso parque Araluen y excelentes restaurantes cerca.

Este moderno refugio de 4 dormitorios cuenta con una amplia cocina abierta y sala de estar, que se extiende a la perfección hasta una amplia terraza con impresionantes vistas panorámicas. Ubicado en un pintoresco viñedo de 7,8 acres, ofrece la escapada perfecta de la vida de la ciudad. Sumérgete en la naturaleza y explora la pintoresca campiña. Ten en cuenta que no se permite ningún tipo de fiestas. El cuarto dormitorio era nuestra bodega.

Please be aware that the cottage is located on our family hobby farm & the sounds of our animals are a part of the Kangaroo Cottage experience. Our property is not suitable for pets or children. A light breakfast of croissants & condiments will be provided for the first morning of your stay.

Escape to our cozy studio, a quiet hideaway set among the hills. Accessed via a gravel road, you will be surrounded by native trees and wildlife. With no WI-FI this retreat offers a genuine chance to slow down, switch off, and reconnect with nature. The retreat is located 50 minutes from Perth Airport. We live in the adjoining house on the property, so help is nearby if needed, while your accommodation remains private and self-contained. There is still 5G reception available at the suite.

Come unwind and interact with nature. A modern 2 bed, 2 bath house on a 5 acre farm, located in Oakford (25 mins from Perth city). Enjoy the tranquility of rurality but the convenience of being close to shops and amenities. Come hand feed the alpacas, sheep, chickens and ducks. Each booking will get one free container of animal feed. Pick eggs from the hens. All bookings include bed linen, towels, kitchen appliances. BYO food and drinks. Let your kids connect and enjoy nature.

Umatah means "you matter". Umatah to us, Umatah to yourself, Umatah to those around you and Umatah to the environment. Umatah is part of the original State Brick Works that was closed down in the 1940’s after their excavations hit an underground spring. The property runs on organic principles and has a mango orchard, apiary, vegetable wicking beds plus various other fruit and nut trees. There is a large waterhole, landscaped gardens and endless native bushland.
