The house and garden is situated on the river Coln, where you have your own private access to the river, fishing and intimate viewing of the the wildlife. You have exclusive access to the property for your stay to relax outdoors with a BBQ, or cozy up to the wood fire and watch TV or read a book. This is a lovely base in the Cotswolds sitting on the lake, with a south facing aspect. Its family-friendly with plenty of activities in the area including horse riding, walks, gym, golf and even a beach. It is a great getaway for anyone, from couples, solo adventurers, and obviously families (with kids). There are all the essentials indoors from well equipped kitchen with dishwasher to high speed broadband. Oxford, Bath, Stratford upon Avon and Cheltenham are all within an hours drive.

The Coach House

Our beautiful new house is located in the heart of a Cotswold market town, Cirencester. The house is in a secluded private courtyard with its own private parking. The Coach House - Accommodates 6 people with two double bedrooms and one room with two singles. The house was built by us in 2017 so everything inside is brand new. We are currently adding to the property making it feel more like a home but it would serve as a great base point to explore the surrounding areas.

The location offers good access to the surrounding Cotswold villages and has good road links via the M4 and M5 motorways. The Cotswold Water Park is 5 minutes away by car and offers many activities including walking, cycling, sailing, fishing and paddle boarding.
