Welcome to our ensuite studio, surrounded by a peaceful, green & relaxing garden. Perfect for recovering from a long flight. 10 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes to the central city Plenty of off street parking and an excellent bus service to the central city. The bus stop is a 2 minute walk. Please be aware that the kitchen & dining area are in the main house and are shared with the hosts. You are very welcome to use both areas. Airport transfers are $15 each way.

Our cosy double-glazed studio is attached to the garage in the back yard of our property and offers an ensuite, television with Netflix , microwave and fridge. Continental style breakfast is offered. It is located close to the city (3.5km walk to Cathedral Square). It is handy to many amenities; movie theatres, cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and boutique-style shopping. Please note a small, very sociable dog and an elegant but very unsociable cat live on the property.

Nestled in a fantastic neighbourhood on our Somerfield property, we are close to the city and the hills so you'll have the best Ōtautahi (Christchurch) has to offer close at hand. The studio boasts a super comfortable King bed, an ensuite with generous shower, built in home office and small lounge area. Outside there is a private deck with outdoor furniture and a spa.

With access to a range of local walks, markets, eateries and activities, a break away will leave you feeling enriched and indulged with great memories to take with you. We aim to provide as much information and comfort as you need to have a great experience.

Private Studio close to CHCH City Centre with private bathroom and Kitchenette. The studio is completely separate from the house with your own entry and a Queen size bed, the space is suitable for one or two guests. Towels, linen, wifi and continental\ breakfast all included. Please note we have a young dog at the property, but can keep him inside and away, please just let us know in advance.
