Situated at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, this luxurious newly renovated self-contained studio sits behind the sand dunes of Waimairi Beach. Only a 5 minute drive to New Brighton pier, the He Puna Taimoana hot pools, shops, library, swimming pool, sauna, steam room and spa at QE2, or a choice of Golf courses. An easy 15 minutes to the city centre by car or 25 minutes to the airport.

Modern Beach Unit

Relax in this modern, self-contained unit directly across from an unspoilt southern NZ beach. Enjoy summer swims in the ocean or peaceful winter walks around the estuary. The unit features a private entrance, bathroom with washing machine, and a kitchenette with hob, microwave, fridge, and dishwasher. Free unlimited WiFi and on-street parking. Beach House - South Brighton 2 bedroom unit

This is part of my home across from the beach in South New Brighton. I am listing it for up to 60 nights per year to cover my rates and running costs. It is not suitable for children under 6. The unit has everything you should need for a short stay including the use of my laundry. I have kept my pricing low and simple. No cleaning fee and no charge for the second bedroom. I don't expect guests to clean, do laundry or put out rubbish ( but appreciate it if you do!) Max. stay 10 days.

A car is necessary to go into the city but street parking is usually available

Little Port Cooper School House and Farm Hike

The Little Port Cooper School House at 'The Wonderful's' Keirangi, Camp Bay, is our remote farm hut. A very historic building, built in 1883. Basic tramping & camping hut. Enjoy the remoteness of this incredible hidden spot, the fishing, hiking, diving, relaxation, the safe sandy beach, native bush, sea kayaking and so much more! Start with a 1.5hr tramp over to Little Port Cooper from the Keirangi Homestead, then enjoy a humble historic stay in the Ole School House.
