Middle Barton is located in the picturesque Oxfordshire countryside on the doorstep of the Cotswolds, close to Bicester Village, Blenheim Palace, Soho Farmhouse and Oxford. The small self contained annex building is located in owners private garden. The property boasts a double bedroom upstairs and downstairs includes a living room with double sofa bed, tv, wifi, tea, coffee and toast making facilities and a mini fridge. A downstairs shower room includes a toilet, wash basin and shower cubicle.

The barn is set in the large garden of an old farm house in the historical Village of Kings Sutton, and has been tastefully converted in to a modern living space. The accommodation comprises: Large kitchen sitting room, with WIFI and Connected TV. The Barn is a pretty Cotswold-stone building in a quiet village. A great base for relaxing & visiting the Cotswolds, Oxford, Diddly Squat Farm Shop & The Farmer's Dog, Blenheim Palace or Bicester Village. Just 5 minutes drive from the historic market town of Chipping Norton, with plenty of shops & relaxing coffee stops. In winter a log burner makes it cosy. There are footpaths 'from the door' and great mountain & road biking too. We love welcoming UK and international guests.

Enjoy a break in Chipping Norton, 2 minutes from town with ample pubs, restaurants and independent shops. 5 minutes into lovely countryside walks. Small outside area is enclosed with barrier type fence panels. Bus services from Oxford, Cheltenham and Banbury, many local attractions. Check out by 10am and check in from 3pm. There are 3 steps down to the annexe.

The Pool House

Relax and reset at the Pool House. The Pool House provides a quiet location where you can relax away from the world. Swim in our pool, heated during the warmer months. During the colder months enjoy a cold plunge, beneficial for body and mind. Ease your aches and muscles in the hot tub. Please note: you are using the pool and hot tub at your own risk, there is no life guard! Please watch children and non swimmers in the pool and hot tub at all times.

Just a 15 minute drive to Steeple Claydon, and within easy reach of Bicester Village Shopping Outlet and Milton Keynes. Good Wifi speed (80mbps). Free parking on drive (sorry, no horse boxes).
