Peaceful ranch getaway close to Wimberley, San Marcos, San Antonio, and Austin. The 815 sqft includes living room, dining area, and kitchenette. Each bedroom has its own AC-Heating control. Water supply is pure, filter rainwater. Come for a quiet weekend away, a new work-from-home location, or a jumping off place for sightseeing with friends.

The Harty House is a charming 2/1 cottage built in 1916. It is an easy two block stroll to the historic Georgetown square where you will find restaurants, wine bars, craft beers, live music, shopping, arts and theater. Just a short drive to Austin if you want to experience music/film festivals, Formula 1 Racing, or the hill country. The home is furnished with all things necessary for a delightful stay.

Cozy romantic cottage on a gently sloping yard on the beautiful Blanco River. View the stars in the amazing hot tub. There is an outdoor shower that I am improving upon regularly. Turkey and deer are frequent guests to the back yard. Sleep to the sounds of the river flowing by. Smart TV, full kitchen, charcoal grill, outside dining table and also visiting chairs....enjoy!
