The 3-room apartment has a separate entrance. In the entrance area there is a coat rack with a mirror. It has a separate door to the private bathroom and a door to the living-dining area. In the living area there is a new kitchen with a dining table and four chairs. A comfortable sofa and a large TV. The kitchen is fully equipped and also has a kettle, Nespresso machine, microwave, and toaster. The separate bedroom has a comfortable new double bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m) with two tables and bedside lamps, a large wardrobe with extra pillows/duvets if desired. For more than 2 people, there is now an additional bedroom with a new double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m) with 2 bedside tables and a sideboard. The apartment is equipped with towels, bath towels, shower mats, and bed linen. We also offer a starter set of cosmetics, tea, coffee capsules, and a stocked refrigerator with water and orange juice.

Our property hosts two apartments just renovated and completely independent that can be rented togheter or individually. It is located in a privileged position with a breathtaking view of Como Lake. The apartments are very well furnished and have wide windows to enjoy the lake view. The garden, with excellent sun exposure, is the ideal place to sit and relax while admiring the view and enjoying a romantic dinner. Bellagio historic centre is 1,5 km far. In summer enjoy the countless hiking trails; in winter we are perfectly placed in-between the ski areas of Murren-Schilthorn AND Wengen-Grindelwald. We've lived here since the apartment was built in 2012 and we love it; but now we are travelling, so we hope you enjoy your time here as much as we do.
