Our private, modern beach-style studio cabin is a scenic 5 min walk to the beach and the main street of Umina. It's on the bus line, making it an easy 10 mins to Woy Woy station. Also close to Umina Beach Caravan Park and Recreation Precinct. Club & cafes nearby. Strictly no smoking or pets allowed. Please include a photo of yourself on your Airbnb account, tell us what you will be doing here and the names, ages, genders of all guests for safety reasons and so we can ensure we are a good match.

Take in incredible valley vistas all whilst relaxing on the balcony, and look out for our wombats, wallabies, lyre birds, and bush turkeys. Sometimes we have cows in our paddocks. Spot wild deer and platypus in our creek. Full size petanque pitch, billiards, darts games room Sit around our fire pit and watch the sky come alive with stars at night. Bliss!

Spa Serenity Cottage with Private Pool & Spa

This is a designer-furnished Granny Flat located at the back of our property, with its own private entrance and complete privacy. The pool, spa, and backyard are exclusively yours — no one else shares these spaces. Just so you’re aware, my wife and I live in the main house at the front. While you may occasionally hear us, we’re very quiet and respectful of your space. Your retreat is fully private, we absolutely respect that. You will enjoy your private space with a separate entrance. Friendly chickens and cat might pay you a visit. Feel free to play the piano or borrow our bikes during your stay. Not suitable for children under 12.

There are two balconies for you to overlook South Avoca, the Greek Villa sleeps upto 4 people - 1 Queen and 1 Double fold out sofa Bed, 1 bathroom. It is a short walk down to the beach, south Avoca Flags, down to cafes, Cinema and restaurants. There is a small kitchenette attached to sofa room with fridge, toaster, health grill ,toaster and kettle.

Welcome to our Kookaburra Cabin! It is a studio cabin with a soft Queen bed, Kitchen, Bathroom with full shower, TV (Netflix and Disney+ and a table for two.) The Cabin is located in the back of an established home with on street parking available or private space out the back. Small but has everything you need for a short stay, light, cozy and comfortable.
