Take a break from the ordinary; this cozy 100-year-old cottage has been lovingly curated for your comfort, wellness, and delight. Located on a quiet street, just 3 blocks from the heart of Uptown Marion, where you'll find: unique food, coffee shops, nightlife, beautiful art installations, antiques/shopping, and special events. Have sunrise coffee on the East deck or a glass of wine as the sun sets on the West porch. You'll be inspired to say, "I can't wait to come back to the Juniper again!"

Bohemian Firehouse-an authentic 1916 Firehouse

The Bohemian Firehouse was the living quarters for the men stationed there when it was built in 1916. It sits above a retail space which housed the firetruck. The charming brick building is in near original condition, despite surviving a major flood and a derecho. You'll love the gorgeous woodwork, vintage tile and light fixtures. But you'll appreciate some modern touches like air conditioning, an updated kitchen and smart tv. Still, it's easy to imagine the stories these walls could tell.

Just a quick mile (3 minutes) to the interstate makes this place close enough to be convenient and far enough to be quiet. Or, instead of hopping on the interstate, just continue on into the heart of downtown Cedar Rapids for business or pleasure. Luxurious 12 inch memory foam mattresses on each bed for exceptional rest. When you're awake, there's a Keurig and high speed internet (100 Mb).

Historic Ausadie Building One Bedroom Unit 2~H

Ausadie Building is a registered Local & National Historic property, located in the Medical & Downtown District. Only a few minutes walk to many entertainment venues, museums, galleries, four live theaters, Coe College and many churches and restaurants. The building has been beautifully restored and offers a courtyard with a pool, flower gardens and a peaceful Koi pond. Laundry and a fully equipped gym are also included. Our secure building will feel like your home away from home!

Our place is close to everything! A 5-10 minute drive to just about anything in town. Newbo District and downtown are 5 min by car and 15 min on a bike. The bike path is 1/2 mile from the house and easily accessible. You will enjoy the quiet wooded location of this completely renovated "cozy" 500 Sq. Ft. one bedroom cottage. Evening walks offer some spectacular views of the beautiful Iowa country sunsets! Close to public hunting, golfing, and Benton County's Hannan Park for fishing or swimming. Located a half hour west of Cedar Rapids and 45 minutes from Iowa City for game days. Pets are welcome.
