Nell' alloggio è disponibile il tutto per una piccola colazione, le pulizie saranno giornaliere sostituzione asciugamani ogni 2 giorni e lenzuola ogni 4 giorni.

Affacciato direttamente su un importante canale che permette l' arrivo degli ospiti direttamente con il taxi. Ottima opportunità per vivere una Venezia tradizionale da veri veneziani.

Dispone di posto spiaggia con ombrellone due lettini in ottima posizione e parcheggio privato di fronte all'appartamento compresi senza spese aggiuntive (per i turisti il park costerebbe 18euro/gg e l'ombrellone con i lettini quest'anno costerebbero una follia, sempre se si riesce a trovarli)
