A newly refurbished two-bedroom annexe flat - within 15 minutes walking distance of Penarth Town Centre, the seafront, and costal walks. Penarth is a seaside town full of charm and character, with an Art Deco Pier, parks and independent shops and restaurants. It is only 15 minutes away from Cardiff by train and is close to the coast and Cardiff Bay. The flat is ideal for families, or small groups of guests who enjoy the outdoors but also want the convenience of being close to a capital city.

Just ten minutes drive from Cardiff centre. Self-contained and tucked away, once inside the studio you would never know you're in the heart of Birchgrove, Cardiff, with a great range of facilities and buses just a minute’s walk away. The studio has a shower room and well-equipped kitchenette. With a double bed & sofa bed, the studio can sleep four people, plus a travel cot & high chair. Wifi, Netflix & Amazon TV are provided. The studio has a wood burner, central heating & shared patio.

Cosy studio annex

A completely self-contained annex-come-studio in our garden with access from the rear. It has everything you need for a short stay in Cardiff and is very close to lovely parks, cafes, restaurants and shops and is 25 mins walk or ten mins bus ride to town - the bus stop is right behind the annex. It is suitable for a couple, two friends (there's a pull-out single bed in the living area) or a couple with a child. We converted our garage during lockdown and created this unique and cosy space.

Compact Central Studio Room

Just 3 minutes walk from the Central Train Station, enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. Each private studio apartment has a King size bed, ensuite bathroom kitchenette and access to the ground floor patio. The TV has Netflix, Prime Video, Apple TV+ and Disney+. The WiFi is everywhere and very fast. Please note that due to the individual nature of the building, all studios are different so we cannot guarantee any particular one will be assigned to you.

It’s perfect for a relaxing getaway, with patio and garden facilities accessible. Breakfast basics are included with fresh eggs from our hens when available Please be aware that this is only accessible by a single tarmac track that winds up the mountain. Access in the winter can be limited.
