Come enjoy the peace of the country. Our 1,400 sq ft Farmhouse is located just north of Fairview in quiet Milburn Valley. We're a family-friendly place that's great for a "Stay-cation", couples weekend or for friends who just want to get away for a while. You can also work from home while staying with us. The Farmhouse has two bedrooms, two baths, a full kitchen, central heat & AC, gas fireplace & a two car garage. There's a big yard for kids to play & room to park ATVs & toy trailers .

With unlimited fiber internet speeds, our guests can enjoy the area while being connected to work and home! Our house is located near many summer and winter attractions. The San Rafael Swell, Huntington Lake, Joe’s Valley Reservoir and the Manti-La Sal National Forest are only minuets away and offer easily accessible summer and winter activities. It is also located just a couple hours away from Arches National Park, Capitol Reef National Park and Goblin Valley State Park for an easy day trip.

This 2 bedroom, 1 bath, fully furnished basement apartment is a perfect place to stay while enjoying the fresh clean air of the country. Fully furnished kitchen and cozy wood stove. This beautiful farmhouse is a single level home, next to acres of farmland and an apple orchard. Deer often come onto the backyard in the evenings, so you can enjoy the sunset next to the outdoor fireplace as you watch the wildlife. It's a great location to enjoy central Utah or as a stop on your way to Southern Utah. We have unlimited high speed internet if you're looking for a remote work location. The house has been completely remodeled inside; the yard is being landscaped and updated.

This 1928 coal miner's home feels a little like going to Grandma's house. It is localed on a quiet street with pretty views from the hill behind the house. Helper's Historic downtown is an approx 1/4 mile walk to the east (down the historic staircase, under the freeway tunnel & over the swinging bridge). The town is filled with character & history. It is a great stay for a small family or a romantic getaway for a couple looking to recharge. Well-behaved pets are welcome for a small fee.

Just two blocks from Wasatch Academy, and a short drive to the beautiful mountains. We live upstairs, and are happy to help you with anything you need to make your stay comfortable, but will also give you the privacy you want. Private parking (4 spots) and entrance. 1946 Comfort Retreat is located on the Northeast side of Helper. We have a beautiful yard with fruit trees and outdoor furniture for relaxing. In the evening the deer come in for a snack from the apple trees. The house offers 2 bedrooms and a spacious living room. The dining table seats 6 and the air conditioning keeps you cool in the summer months and heats comfortably with a gas furnace. There is room in the driveway for three cars and an alley to park toy haulers or camping trailers.
