The cabin’s kitchen is equipped with everything you need, including an oven and refrigerator and microwave. Remodeled 2nd floor of Country Cottage on the edge of town. Private entrance, 1 bedroom w/ Queen bed, eat in kitchen, bathroom, livingroom and use of outdoor firepit. Walking distance to Ghost Town Trail, Memorial Park, Ebensburg town square, community swimming pool, Legends Gym, Nathan's Divide Water Shed and Lake Rowena Park. Area colleges include, Saint Francis Univ, Mount Aloysius College, Univ of Pittsburgh Johnstown, Indiana Univ of Pa, Penn State Univ, and Penn State Altoona.

We have extensively remodeled this special home and brought it forward from the 1960s while maintaining its character, including the original wrought iron railing and open vaulted living room. We've also incorporated some elements of Altoona's history into the home. It's the perfect cozy and welcoming space to rest and relax whether traveling for work, visiting family, or exploring the beautiful surrounding area.
