Ideal para parejas y para profesionales. Está al lado de la parada del metro el Clot (linea roja y lila,10 min de plaza Catalunya y 4 min de la Sagrada Familia). En la misma estación también hay tren (RENFE) directo al aeropuerto (30 minutos). El piso está en el barrio del Clot, es una finca nueva de hace 5 años. Barrio con encanto, plazas, supermercados, tiendas. Cerca del centro comercial "Glories", a 20 min de paseo (10 min en tranvia) de las playas de poble nou, a cinco minutos andando de la Torre Agbar, del Teatro Nacional, y dal característico mercado de les Encants. El piso está perfectamente equipado (Aire acondicionado, calefacción central, cocina – microondas, cafetera, wifi, tv, ascensor, bañera con jacuzzi, lavadora, etc).
