Major shopping malls are no more than 10 minutes drive in any direction, and an unlimited number of restaurants are available to choose from. The 1000 square foot home is suitable for up to 4 guests. The house is extremely private, and has two spacious bedrooms, one bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. Cycling golf and hiking are close by.

The gated community has a community pool/spa and dog run. The inner courtyard has a many plants and beautiful large quartz rocks. As you walk into your private entrance Studio you will see tile plank floor, a queen bed, 55in curve tv, dresser and a little desk. This room also has a kitchenette with quartz countertop and luxurious private bathroom.

Our Rancho Vistoso patio overlooks a greenbelt which has become a wildlife refuge. The patio offers dining and lounging, with the Amazing Mountain and Desert Sunset views. The Vistoso Casitas resort-like amenities include six miles of paved paths, a heated community pool/spa, Ramada with BBQ grills, exercise facility and clubhouse. We have spent hours biking throughout Oro Valley’s many miles of safe and scenic biking routes and hiking challenging mountain trails at nearby Catalina State Park.
